My father needed some plumbing changed to PVC and this guy did such a horrible job, it came loose from under the toilet and my elderly parents were left with a horrible mess to clean. He did not return and fix the issue. Another plumber was called to fix the pipe failure as well as re-do some other shoddy spots.

They charged our credit card for work done on the day work was done a month later they charged us for something they did not do said it was an accident we would be reimbursed we were never reimbursed and they would not return our phone calls a month later I had to have another plumber come out and redo the work they did because it started leaking Other Plumber said they use sprinkler parts on my well that's why it was leaking..

Service was adequate--not excellent, certainly not bad--good.

Mike & his partner were very courteous & knowledgable. They arrived early & finished in a Very reasonable time. I would defiantly hire them again & recommend them to everyone. My initial call was returned within a couple hours & we were able to schedule an appointment in a few days.

Overall very well - Terry was very accommodating with my schedule (really, the dishwasher getting delivered) and tried his best to work me in around what has been a very busy winter season for them. I would use them again definitely.
Quality of the work was good to very good. Time to completion was amazingly good as well - it started slow, but Travis got going and knocked out most of it by himself.
Knowledge was also good to very good. i had a weird situation with one of my sink pipes busting the nite before they were to come out and what initially looked it might have to be a very complex fix, they made it look quite easy really.
The only slight negatives I would say, they didn't do the greatest job on cleanup. Now, to their credit I made it hard - I had Travis doing about 6 different things in 6 different areas. But I did have to go back, pickup some things, and sweep up.
The original bill was slightly less than listed - I ended up tipping them if that is an indication of the quality/level of service.

Terry was very professional and courteous. I feel he was conservative with repairs and did not over sale the problems. (Example, my upstairs commode was leaking enough to seep through the floor and into my downstairs foyer. He looked at it and said. "The nut needs to be tightened". He tightened it and that fixed it.). I'm a single mom and I would recommend Terry to anyone who has very little knowledge about plumbing and scared that a random plumber will come in and over charge them.

Terry was easy to talk to and explain my problem to and came out the day after I called to look at things and give me a ballpark estimate. We agreed on a date and time to do the work when I would be home. They arrived early, explained what they were going to do and bought a very good quality water heater to install. They also replaced old, brittle piping and put in a new ball valve because it was the right thing to do. The worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. Got the job done in under two hours and cleaned everything up well. H***, they even changed the light bulb under the house that had burnt out, saving me having to crawl in there to do it. I was extremely pleased with the price, speed and professionalism of their work.

We called Terry on a Saturday afternoon after my husband tried to fix the shower and got he water stuck on. Therefore we had to shut off our water. Anyhow Terry came over as soon as he was done with his job in Taylorsville, NC. h ecame into our house and said it was probably the Kohler Pressure balancing unit that was bad. My husband told him to go ahead and get everything that could be bad. So Terry went to Home Depot and spent $105.83. $49.47 on the Pressure balance unit, then $39.47 for the plastic mixer cap kit, and then $9.97 for the pro angle broom. He only chraged us $60 for the hour he was hear so my husband ended up giving him $180 for the ruunning around and because he was so greatful for him coming over on Saturday. Terry didn't want to accept the tip but my huband said it wasn't a problem.

Called for an estimate only. Said he had two huge condo jobs he was working on but would get me in as soon as possible. Called me back on Saturday, said he could come by to give an estimate. Came by, offered me a great price. Fixed the tub on the spot also was very kind with my four yr old and his incessant questions while he worked. Came back on Monday and fixed the sink plumbing. My dad met him at the house and he took the time to show him what he was doing and why. Great experience! If I need or find anyone else who needs plumbing work done....def recommend!

The service and timing was great. I called and Terry was here when he said and checked on some things and completed everything I asked.

They did a good job at short notice. They finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable price; their price was a little bit less than what everybody else was charging. If I had any problems whatsoever, I would call them.

Terry- Riverside Plumbing,is the most reasonable plumber in the area,he just charged me 85 dollars a hour + materials,i had allready bought the materials,i was going to do it myself but something came up that i couldnt do it,he had to replace the drains in my sink and some pipes,have not had any problem with them since,he is very courteous and profesional,he has done several plumbing needs in my house,and allways done a good job
