She said do you want someone to come now. I said in the morning would be fine. They showed right on time and quickly found that the water supply line to our refrigerator was leaking. They also recommended United Water Restoration Group for the water remediation. There was no charge for the visit."

When I finally called they had no explanation as to why except they were running behind (appt was to be 10 - 12, I called at 4 p.m. so there was no call prior to give status.). Because I wanted the work done we scheduled for the next day. Once the technician came (40 minutes late) he looked and quoted. The quote was rather high, but again I just wanted the job done. He did do a great job installing the toilet and disposing of the old toilet so I would recommend the service, however the customer service and price were not as I hoped."
