"Unfortunately our first appointment the technician did not show. When I finally called they had no explanation as to why except they were running behind (appt was to be 10 - 12, I called at 4 p.m. so there was no call prior to give status.). Because I wanted the work done we scheduled for the next day. Once the technician came (40 minutes late) he looked and quoted. The quote was rather high, but again I just wanted the job done. He did do a great job installing the toilet and disposing of the old toilet so I would recommend the service, however the customer service and price were not as I hoped."

"I needed new floors put down in my kitchen and Jake battled the bad weather and got the job done and done very well I might add, he even found an electrical issue with my dishwasher when he pulled it out and fixed it at no extra charge. The biggest sign that your flange leaks is if you notice water at the base of the toilet. The cause is likely due to a poor flange installation, so you might have issues with loose bolts, an uneven flange, or a cracked plastic flange. The normal water level in a toilet bowl is about halfway full. The water should sit above the P trap drain because this creates a seal and suction. According to the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), the distance between your trap and the vent should be no more than 6 feet.
