Why did I hire Reno Ready? First of all James (Owner) was the only person that showed up with a true and honest quote for my Bathroom Renovations. I had tried others and they were supposed to be top rated and high end Pros. But the facts are that This company came to my home and asked me what I want verses what's needed and my budget for completion. I sent a message to them and was contacted the next day and from that point onward everything just went better and better for me. I am a 100 % disabled Veteran That also recently was diagnosed with a very rare cancer. No one understood my needs and because to them my work need was to small or they weren't flexible with me at any point as to not even give me an itemized bill to present to the VA for some monetary help. One company wanted to charge me $250 extra just to write the information to submit. Not James, he was totally respectful and appreciated my Service to our Great Nation. By far this company was the Best hands down!

Responded to first call and set up appointment within 24 hours. Arrived on time with all supplies. Installation of cedar mailbox post and mailbox completed within an hour. No change in amount quoted. Honest, friendly and very capable. Will request assistance with future projects. I highly recommend this company.

Did an excellent job would hire again

We are very happy with the service provided. We needed to replace the toilets in our home. They asked what we wanted, and they brought the toilets with them. Two toilets were replaced and the old toilets were taken away. The work was done efficiently and the area was spotless when it was done. We learned that they offer many different services so we will definitely use them again .

The job was to refinish too high back wrought iron porch chairs they did an extraordinary job on the decorative and full body of the chairs they primed painted and clear-coated including before that getting the chairs ready for the paint they were keeping in touch with me through text message these two people are lovely folks I recommend them

James & Megan and there crew TJ & Allen were AWESOME. I definitely recommend this company!!!!! With my project.There was no job too big or too small that they could not do. They are all so talented. I highly recommend if you were looking for any kind of work from floors to bathrooms to ceilings or remodeling kitchens This company is absolutely the best totally a five star, and would recommend to anyone. James and his crew do excellent work! James and Meghan were able to come out to the house quickly when I requested a quote. James knew exactly what I was looking for and had some great suggestions to make the repairs work better for me. They showed up exactly when they said they would, for anyone who has tried to hire a handyman in Burke County, you know that this is a big deal! I had a long list of repairs that were needed, and they were able to complete all of them above and beyond my expectations. I have to admit that when I first received their quote, I thought that it was a little pricey, but after I saw the excellent work they do, I realized they are worth every penny. I will definitely hire them for future projects, and as a matter of fact, I have already started a new to-do list to ask them about later in the spring.

I contacted them from another state to do work for me. They sent me before and after pictures of the project and took my credit card payment over the phone after completion. They made it so easy. Job was done quickly and well. Would definitely contact them for work again in the future with no hesitations.

We just moved this month and didn't know anyone to ask for a recommendation to help with hanging pictures, shelves,etc. even moving heavy boxes into the attic space..i took a chance on-line and did we get lucky.. wonderful service and great work ethic and really professional job..will continue to use this company..and recommend them highly
