"Brett scheduled Erik to come out the next morning, which was Saturday. Erik did a wonderful job. He went in the attic and made a video of where I had damage and then he went on the roof and made a video. After watching the video and a presentation Erik built a mini roof on my kitchen table and showed all the different parts of the roof.
