"Chris called me shortly after I submitted my request. He allowed me to schedule his visit at a date/time that was convenient for me. He called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was enroute and he arrived on time. Chris and his co-worker explained the repairs they were making and they provided the details of the repair as well. When they completed the drain repair they tested the leak to make sure the issue had been corrected, they provided me with a detailed written invoice and advised that the work was warrantied for 1 year. Overall I am very satisfied with the whole process with C. Massey Plumbing."

"This was a full master bath remodel. The best work I have ever had done. I have done this type of work myself and am aware of how to do it right and expect the same; this work was spot on! Everyone we worked with was polite, considerate and did great work. Kept the work area clean and neat, did not disrupt the other areas of the house except with floor coverings to protect hardwoods (very appreciated). There were a couple small issues that the contractor himself pointed out and corrected. We requested a few changes during the project and he never seemed bothered or add to our cost. The starting cost did increase when we changed from large tile in our shower to a mosaic, but that is totally understandable as it added a full extra day to tile work. The bath room looks like it could be in a 5 star hotel and we could not be happier. Have asked for a quote on redoing the kitchen!"

UPDATE: 03/03/19 *** Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe *** Comment: My 49-year-old house was in dire need of a total replumbing and removal of the very old cast iron pipe that was draining very slow. Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. "I contacted Alexander Heating and Air to fix my water heater on Wednesday and they were scheduled to arrive on Friday. The team of two arrived on time with smiles on their faces. The heater's Pressure Reducing/Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) valve was bad and caused my whole house water pressure to be very low. Also, I had excessive water trickling on the garage floor from the overflow pipe (due to a defective expansion tank. It’s the expansion tank’s job to take on this “extra” water caused by thermal expansion). Jeremiah, who did most of the talking explained what was going wrong with my heater, explained my options, provided an estimate, and explained that my specific water heater was about at the age that it will likely need replacing. It was good to know as I can now get my finances in order to eventually get a new one. He even explained financing options to me should I want a new heater and need financing. The two were friendly (did I mention Jeremiah is a Veteran), knowledgeable, worked quickly in the heat (they had to go under my house), and cleaned up and were finished in no time. The price charged was very reasonable, especially considering that I couldn't water the lawn properly, showers in house with low pressure was awful, water flow on garage floor would ultimately cause floor damage, and I didn't have to purchase a new water heater, yet. I really have had such good experiences with Alexander for several repairs they have made for me in the past, too My water pressure in the house is back to normal! I am more than satisfied with Jeremiah and the Alexander Heating & Air team."
