During this hurricane, I started panicking as we have electricity but no water and a pipe on the heater was hissing and dripping. They immediately took my call, calmed my nerves, and walked me through step by step of what to do to keep the heater safe and prepare it for when we get water back. So grateful for George and his team! Always in good hands with them."

He let me know a week later that he was contacting all the distributors who may know the part number and after thoroughly working on trying to find the part, eventually found that the company, after contacting the company we purchased the fireplace from and made our fireplace had gone out of business 12 years earlier and no part could be found.
