Great job! You cannot see the repairs. The paint is a difficult to match (for most) metallic gray and they nailed it. The work was started on time and finished a little earlier than estimated. Clean office with professional and courteous service.

They did a great job and they were very friendly. They were very responsive. Scheduling went well and they were able to finish a day earlier than anticipated, so it took about 3 days.

My car was in a collision that scraped and dented the entire passenger side. The agent at Harry's studied the damage carefully, discussed the options for repairing it, and gave me a quote that was well below what another firm wanted. Harry's repaired the car in the time promised, and now you can't see any sign that the car was ever in the accident. The staff at Harry's were courteous and professional.

Harry's did a great job repairing my daughter's car. Initially, we were told specifically what needed to be done to make the car look new again. The estimator went through everything step by step and then printed out a specific list of items needed to repair the car and cost. Harry's estimate was reasonable compared to others in the area. We made an appointment and the car was ready on time as promised. The car looks fantastic! When reviewing the cost estimate, Harry's noticed they had charged us twice for an item. They reported this to us and deducted this from the price. Very honest, friendly folks! We would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their automobile.

At first I was surprised to find out that Harry's was actually going to out-source the work that was needed to be done on my car to First Aid Auto in the Asheville area, but I guess that is what body shops do with each other. So, they brought in an expert that takes out hail dents without needing to sand and paint the vehicle which was preferred to me. Harry's was kind and re-assuring to me when I had some doubts about the process and I am grateful for that. They also referred me to a good car rental place and went above and beyond by not only keeping their word in getting my body work done on time, but also doing a some extra detailing on the car pro bono that made my 7 year old car almost look like new when I got it back. My car was in an accident and I took to Harry's based on reviews. They were great. The car was not drivable and sitting in a tow lot. They had the vehicle picked up before the insurance company could. They worked with the insurance company and it ended up being declared a total loss. They kept me up to date were very responsive.

I called at least 5 times trying to coordinate an appointment for my partner's car while she was out of town. Every time I called they answered promptly and were both friendly and professional. My partner travels consistently during the week so I need an appointment that was as fast as possible and as soon as possible. They went ahead and used her cars vin number to order and paint the part (her passenger side mirror) in advance so that she could drop it by for a while you wait service. It only took them twenty minutes they charged us exactly what they estimated and I feel like they went out of their way to help me schedule and be as efficient as possible. I hope I won't need their services again any time soon, but they just gained our loyalty, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I extremely liked that they were right on top of it to get my part ordered, to get to me in there as quickly as possible and to get my vehicle done, faster than what I thought they would. They were top of everything and fast. Price wise my insurance took care of it.

They are punctual and had the car ready when they said they would. There are no delays and seem very professional. They are really good, and I am very pleased with them.

Automotive body work is expensive (or I'm just cheap ;-) I tried Harry's Body and Fender based on Angie's List recommendations. Harry's was not the cheapest quote I received but what made me go with them was their professionalism and friendliness.They explained in detail what they would do, estimated it would take three or four days (finished in three days), answered my questions, and worked with me when I needed to pickup my Jeep after hours. The work was simply perfect. I have closely looked at the damaged area in all manner of lighting, felt it with my fingers, and had others inspect the work and none of us could tell where the damage was originally located. Will the area fade, peel, etc. in the next six months? I don't know but I feel comfortable enough with Harry's Body and Fender to call them if I have a problem because I feel they'll stand behind their work.

While parked in the lot of a restaurant, someone drove into the front of my Honda CR-V with a Chevy Suburban causing about $4,000 in damage. Although I've lived in Asheville since 1986 I've not needed the services of an auto body repair shop so I called the local Honda dealer to ask for recommendations and was told about Harry's. My local insurance company (Webb Insurance) also had good things to say about them so I setup an appointment and met with Jan Black who is the owner. Because the repairs were being paid for by the guy who ran into me (his insurance co.) I knew I needed to find an advocate - - someone who would be in my corner and do right by me and not bend to the will of the insurance company. I found that advocate in Jan who kept me up to date on all dealings with the insurance company and made sure OEM Honda parts were used in the repairs. I'm very happy with the repairs. My car looks great. Harry's even cleaned my car and vacuumed the inside, a nice touch. I will recommend Harry's to everyone. Thank you Jan Black!
