"Sales personnel helpful, not too pushy. Installers prompt, pleasant. Left everything neat and clean. Great job on bathrooms. However, I had tile floors installed in both bathrooms. Installer obviously did not know how to install tile floors. Floors not finished under cabinets. (Out of sight, out of mind?) Tile not even, not level. Grout too low. One bathroom regrouted within a week. It has been one year this month and bathroom #2 is in desperate need of regrouting. Pieces of grout fell out within the first month or so. I would highly recommend them for bathroom renovations. Surrounds are very easy to clean/maintain. Cabinets are nice. Workmanship was excellent (except floors). If having a tile floor installed, be sure to ask for someone with tile experience and be sure to actually watch the entire floor installation."

"The clog was an emergency from our standpoint. I called Same Day and they said they would be there as soon as they could. They arrived sooner that I could have hoped for. They listened carefully to what I said, checked a number of things, and then located and cleared the clog. We've had mixed results with plumbers in the past. We will always call Same Day in the future.
