"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"Loren was friendly and courteous, and worked diligently to get the replacement installation done the same day, despite a busy schedule. He started work on the spot, draining the old heater while going to pick up a new one to install. The installation went smoothly and we had hot water running by end of afternoon. Price for service was competitive with applied 20% Angie's list discount, especially considering Home Depot contractors, Roto-Rooter and other emergency services were trying to gouge us."

"I needed a plumber to assist me with a clogged drain in both of my bathrooms I got in contact with this business and set appointment with Daniel he was very professional n handled my issues in a timely manner he has great customer service skills and when he got here I was telling him about some other things I needed worked on in my home like my ceiling fan wasn’t working properly and I had a broken closet door I couldn’t get to close correctly he went and fixed them right there on the spot I was so impressed with his ability to help me I would definitely recommend this company!"

There are several types of sink drain stoppers, including pull-out, twist-and-pull, and pop-up. Pull-out sink stoppers can be removed by pulling on the stopper until it comes out of the drain. A twist-and-pull design requires lifting then turning the stopper to lock it in an open position and the opposite action (turning, then pressing down) to close it. A pop-up sink stopper works by pushing down the drain cover to open or close the passageway.
