"The representative from Modern Plumbing took pictures, explained possible sources and how to figure out the source from use. Once the source was found, described the repair and had it done in 20 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Very impressed with the detailed explanation throughout this issue. FYI, this was done via my Home Warranty, so the cost is not indicative of the actual charges."

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"There was a section of vinyl caulk that was installed between the backsplash and the counter. The caulk was old and deteriorated and became dis colored and did not cure. Since the problem was caused by the initial installation, Granite Transformation should have corrected the work under warantee. In fact, they want to charge me a service call. Since they did not stand behind their work, I would not recommend them. I had to call them back to repair plumbing problems, They failed to plug in the refrigerator completely. Beautiful job, but for &7,000 they should stand behind their work

"They removed an old leaking hot water heater and installed a new one. They came out on a days notice and gave me a price over the phone. Their price was $200 lower than anyone else and they used a better heater. This is one of the best companies I have ever done business with

"EXCELLENT prompt courteous and professional service. Bill Graves, sales rep, is dynamic. I appreciate his attention to detail and getting things done in a timely manner. I called 4 companies on Thursday for an estimate, 2 companies on Angie's A list did not bother to call back until Monday. I selected Alpine's quote the system was installed and completed Tuesday morning. Bill made this a "smooth transaction". Thank you Bill with a special thanks to Laura in customer service. I am very satisfied!
