"Carlos and Brothers replaced five windows for us. Because we live in an older home, it was necessary for them to custom-fit each of the windows, replacing and sizing most of the frames and sills. Given location of the windows, they also installed flashing under the windows, which rest on our sunroom roof. Their work was excellent! The windows, including painting and sealing surrounding surfaces, are lovely. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the duration of the work, the final cost was far lower than other estimates we received, and Carlos and his partners were pleasant, considerate of our needs, and tolerant of our yappy dog. "David called to say they'd be at my house at the previously agree to 10:30 a:m. At 10:28 they were pulling up out front.. Impressive! They assessed the damage and got straight to work putting down the protective underlayment...followed by new shingles. The guys also took time to explain what materials they were using and why. They also replaced a few shingles at the rear of the house, which had been quick sealed from a satellite dish removal. I am very happy with the results of the work and the cost. They did a great job of preparing us for the experience and also sent us a tips sheet that explained what to expect while the work was being accomplished. It was a 2 day job and I liked the fact that the roofing crew that did the job is used exclusively by Camden (not a sub contractor). They really did a great job and cleaned up and hauled away all of the debris. They also used a rolling and hand held magnets to locate any roofing nails that had fallen into the grass areas.
