"I initially ordered an Angie's Deal from Gutter Cleaning Pros for a Roof Tune Up, Sealing and Inspection as I needed someone to
check our roof for problematic areas, particularly around the skylights as we were having problems with interior mold in this
area and have always had very high electric bills.  I knew our attic was extremely hot and probably not vented properly and had
concerns about leakage around skylights or condensation problems due to the cold inside temps hitting the extremely hot attic.
When William came out to perform the contracted service, he immediately confirmed that the lack of attic ventilation was causing condensation problems and the extreme heat in the attic was frying my roofing shingles and compromising the wood, not to mention, causing me high electric bills and that the lack of roof vents was the crux of the problem.  He inspected the entire roof, itemized problematic areas (I had a lot of rotten fascia/subfascia and not enough soffit venting as well as compromised wood around skylights and on carport roof due to imporper flashing installation.  I knew about some siding that needed replacing as well.
My gutters were not performing correctly and falling apart and adding to the whole moisture problem.  William itemized the list of problems he found, we discussed material options and decided on a final plan.  While replacing some of the house siding he found that the foundation wood in the area was more than 50% rotten due to a previous termite infestation, which had already been
corrected.  As noted above in the work done, he devised a reasonable solution to check the entire perimeter for termite damage
and replaced what was needed and finished with a wider trim board.  All work was AAA quality, all materials were high quality and William was a true pleasure to deal with.  He was honest, intelligent, extremely nice and did quality work.  He is now my go-to person for any siding/roofing/gutter and other problems.  I was very impressed that he was honest enough to say he didn't feel qualified for certain work I asked him about and I felt he went over and beyond what was expected.  You will not be sorry for calling
