"The work was all completed in one day. The workers were all respectful & the owner & manager were both on site at the start & completion of the job to ensure all was completed and cleaned up as it should be & that we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the finished product & love the light we get from the skylights. They also supplied us with needed information & pics to submit to our insurance company. We would definitely recommend Summit Roofing to others & would definitely use their services again."

Ed called me the next morning (~10 hours after my email) and told me he was in the area and could stop by and take a look.  I was on my way to work but described the issue and told him to feel free and take a look.  He called me back about an hour later and discussed what he thought the issues were.  He explained he didn't think it was a leaky skylight, but more of a water issue from the gutter downspouts.  He suggested a simple and cheap fix that he thought would solve the issue.  He said if that didn't work there were more invasive options we could move forward with but suggested trying the simple fix first (which I greatly appreciated).  He suggested we just get a handy man to do the fix - they do larger repairs.

He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.  I appreciated the honesty and the suggested simple fix.  We live in a fairly large house and I am always skeptical to have contractors come over because very often, they see the size of our house and see dollar signs.  This was not the case with Ed.  I will definitely call him when it is time to replace our roof or we have any other leaks.

Thanks Ed!

"Working with Chris was a breeze. He thoroughly diagnosed why our skylight was leaking and explained the replacement process. He got on us on the books and had the job done in no time, and the final product looks great! The team cleaned up and even went above and beyond, cleaning the gutters and valleys on our roof, sealeing the vent boots the last roofer failed to do, and helped us with our interior work needed from water damage cause by the leak. I would %100 recommend Chris and his company and will be using him again when the need arises!"

"They did a great job from the salesman to the roofers. Everything the salesman told me (and he went thru everything that would be done, step by step) was done from the materials being dropped off the day before to the clean up after the roof was done. I hope I don.t ever need it but the 50 year / unlimited wind guarantee isnice and it's even transferable if i ever want to move"

"I had seen recommendations for Chief Roofing on Angie’s List and Nextdoor so had them out to assess potential hail damage on the roof and advise. They were very upfront and straightforward throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the steps that would follow once it was determined that there was sufficient roof damage to call my insurance. The same guys came back to meet with the assessor and discuss the various options available for the replacement job. We had some weather delays scheduling the work but the office staff were very helpful/flexible and worked with me to find a time that best fit around my family and the crew that did the work were very courteous, respectful, (tolerant of my two little kids constantly gawking, waving and yelling at them) and did a great job! One thing that always stands out for me in these sorts of dealings is when I feel like I’m getting an honest answer and not just the sales pitch. I’m always happier to hear “I don’t know the answer to that, I’ll check and get back to you” over making something up to make the sale. Happy to recommend Chief Roofing and would use them again."
