The workers were all respectful & the owner & manager were both on site at the start & completion of the job to ensure all was completed and cleaned up as it should be & that we were satisfied. "We got three estimates from companies listed on "Angies."  All three sounded great and gave us confidence.  Since Ed was first to respond, first to schedule, and lowest bid, we hired him.  At every turn he put the customer first, listened and remembered well and made good on everything.  It took 3 days to complete the job (3400 sf home in Cary) due to attention to detail, careful workmanship, and weather delays. The workers were pleasant even though they worked 12 hour days in scorching heat on a black roof.  Ed supervised the whole job closely and followed up with us at the end to see if we had any questions/concerns.  The only negative was a bit of rough treatment of the landscaping.  A couple of border flowers got crushed and our skylight got scraped up a bit.  I was also surprised by all the grit and grime that gets shaken loose during roofing, but th guys did a thorough cleanup outside, although I will be doing it inside (like in our attic) for a while.  Thanks, Ed, for a job well done!

"The roofing contractor was great. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we were. It was an excellent team that was very, very professional. They are an Angie's List member. We have referred friends to them and they have been happy too. We would definitely call them again for anything. They were not the cheapest, but they were by far and away worth every penny. The service and workers were excellent. They had a project manager on site that spoke English. I needed somebody that I could communicate with. It was excellent; the project manager took care of all those things that I, in the past, had to coordinate. They worked very quickly and I think it was done in two days. That was probably the best experience I had with a contractor in a long time."
