"Great experience from start to finish. Carter was a great help in navigating the initial inspection of the roof and then helping us file the claim with our insurance carrier. He then came and met with the insurance adjuster when he evaluated the roof - so that the adjuster was aware of the items that Carter identified in his initial inspection. Next, Shawna was very helpful with picking the roofing material and working through the steps up to installation. Claytonia was very helpful with the payment process, once we had received the insurance check. Within just a few days of the initial payment, the crew was here installing the new roof. They were efficient and removing and replacing the new roof - and installing a new skylight. They completed our house and my workshop in less than a day. They cleaned up, including double/triple checking to get all the nails from the removed roofing. The young man who led the roofing crew was very polite and helpful with a few things that required our participation. Then Claytonia was back once the work was done to handle the certificate of completion and getting that to our insurance company so we could receive the final payment. The experience was excellent. I would highly reccommend A&M Premier to you if you need a new roof!"

Completed the work in a very timely manner, picked up all trash, has been a great communicator, took pictures of completed work, went above and beyond while doing the work, taking care of a roof issue that was not in his scope of the job, no charge, just something that he did to make the overall job look better, ie he painted my fireplace cap to match the other things he painted. "Fantastic customer service! Sean Holmes, owner/representative, was extremely responsive and engaged from start to finish of our project. We couldnâ t be happier with the process of working with Odyssey Contracting and with their completed work. We had several roofing companies look at our roof, before choosing Odyssey. We were immediately impressed with Sean who was personable and friendly. He did an extremely detailed inspection, taking a number of pictures to show us damage we were unaware of and which was significant. He advised us to contact our insurance company to submit a claim (hadnâ t realized we could do that!), then made sure to be there when the adjustor arrived. Our roof was a bit more complicated than some, as we had three skylights that needed replacing and wanted to add two more skylights, a solar tube, and a roof ridge. Odyssey took all this on, and even went the extra mile in helping us select and order the right skylights. Before starting work, Sean made extra-sure everything needed was on-site. Then, on roofing day, Odysseyâ s work crew showed up prepared and within the day had finished absolutely EVERYTHING perfectly. Follow up was immediate, including giving us info and invoices needed to complete our insurance claim. Frankly, this might be the best experience weâ ve ever had in working with a contractor."
