We recently had our roof replaced by Camden. It was leaking! Our Rep was Ben Houston. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, and the process was painless. The price was very reasonable and we are so happy with our new roof! It adds value to our home!

Since 2019 Benjamin has been faithful and excellent to help me. However, the insurance company denied me three times! I have therefore decided to leave my insurance company and get a company which will serve the critical needs my roof has. Camden is such a great company and will always go the extra mile to help! I’m having them do my roof soon!

Ben Huston was my neighborhood representative and he was recommended by a friend who had been a customer as well. My service was rendered quickly and he personally took care of a couple post completion issues to my satisfaction.

Very smoothly

Didn't properly measure the roof. Not once but five times. Material delivered was the wrong length and incomplete. The roofers were not familiar with the metal roof. Initially they threw the roof together with what they had. The roof was not installed in accordance with the manufacturer installation Manuel. Camden Roofing has until 22 June to complete the project before I consider them in breach of contract. Currently this project has lasted five-months. Second problem is there is no communication with the customer.

They did a very fine job and they were very helpful. They cleaned up well and couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend them.

The service was good. It was an insurance claim from a hail storm. I would recommend them because they were timely and did what they said they were going to do. The price was fine.

It turned out great. I liked everything about their services. They were quick. They came out to look at the roof and I decided to go with them. They put the roof on within two weeks.

They did a good job. Our contractor recommended them. He paid attention while they were working. There were some nail pops. They came back and fixed them. It was the only problem we had since it was put on. The price was expensive.

Through word of mouth, I called Camden to provide an estimate for a leak in the valley where the roof of the original structure and an addition join together. During the initial inspection/estimate, the original quote was only for repairing the valley at $750, the lowest of three estimates I requested.
Once the workman got on site, he raised concerns regarding the rest of the roof on the addition. The addition on the roof had been placed poorly, to say the least, and he was concerned that even repairing the valley would not correct other defects in roof which could cause more leaks in the future. Also he did not feel the repair could be guaranteed with all the other defects. After a brief discussion and personally looking closer at the roof, the contractor quoted an additional $600 for re-shingling the roof of the addition.
While I will admit it does sound like sand bagging, of the three quotes I received, none of them mentioned the defects in the roof or quoted a price for re-shingling the addition. I believe do it right the first time, so to me the extra money was well spent. In all, from quote to completion took 3 days.

I would absolutely hire them again. There were some things were great about them but there were some mishaps. However, they satisfied me for the most part.

When they put the roof on the screened in porch and when they were finished, you could see the nails coming through the ceiling but they offered to come and fix it.

They hired a sub to do my siding that I'm not really happy with but Camden was overall, really great.

For example: The sales representative that they have (TJ Stover) was absolutely fantastic. He was very attentive and really helped me out. He was there through everything and was just excellent.

Overall, they did really great roofing job.
