They were great! Called to let me know they were on their way and arrived when they said they would. The two guys removed the fridge from my kitchen and hauled it away on their truck. Whole process took about 20 minutes.

The quote we received was very reasonable, much lower than another quote from another company, and the guys showed up on time and did all the cleanup, including sweeping out the garage and the shop. It was fine. I was surprised they didn't use an appliance dolly; that would have made removal of the freezer a lot safer and easier for them. The gentlemen were polite, respectful, and they left the work area as they found it.

They called ahead and came early. They were very polite, quickly loaded everything into their truck, cleaned up a spill of charcoal from a split bag, and were very thorough. Their pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again and will recommend them to friends.

They came on time — actually they were early. Took my 3-cushion sofa from main floor and an end table from second floor. I called several companies — they either did not service Rolesville or they wanted an exorbitant amount to do it. Then I looked up the company I used last year and called them — it was Stand Up Guys.

Stand up guys were great. As soon as I accepted the deal they were responsive in scheduling a time convenient to pick up the freezer. They called to make sure they could come earlier than scheduled, which was good for us. They moved and loaded the freezer quickly and were on their way.

Great service that was super reasonable. I had a pile of junk including a dead refrigerator that needed to be carted away. I took a picture of it all and sent it to several companies for quotes. Stand Up Guys were BY FAR the least expensive. I made an appointment on their website and received a call the day of the appointment saying that they could actually come 2 hours earlier than planned. Yes please! :) We have a difficult driveway to back up but I was very impressed with the care they took to avoid our trees and shrubs. The whole process was easy and super simple. I will recommend them to any one who is looking for reasonably price junk removal.

They are pleasant to work with and follow directions well. They are careful not to scrape or damage walls, etc. during the removal process. They provided an accurate estimate of cost as I had taken the time to group things together. I recommend a little work up front was worth it to make the removal/cost more efficient.
