As a bonus, he was completely trustworthy, showing up when he said he would, meeting all date-lines, explaining small delays while waiting for Inspections from our County, etc… and taking care of “everything”, like permits or attending to last minute requests. And then, there is another aspect of the total experience: giving us peace of mind instead of worries.. That, to me, was very valuable."

"Will and his crew did an excellent job. He went exceeded our expectations. His crew painted, sanded, and patched the entire interior of our home. He also power washed the outside of the house. He was on time, kept us updated daily on the progress of the job, and did not leave a mess. His prep work was excellent. He covered every inch of the floors with heavy paper and covered every window. He treated our home like his. His crew did extra work beyond what was quoted (at no additional charge) to ensure everything was done right. He discover many flaws we would of never identified. "Mike responded right away to my request and was available when I was available -- twice! (I accidentally cancelled my first appointment when I was sleepy). He came out and after trying several things, we both agreed that the reason my disposal wasn't working was because it tired out after 18 years. He went an purchased a new one and came back and installed it all within 1 1/2 hours. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again."

"We were very happy with the work completed by Leon Home Repairs. They were efficient and thorough. The work included installing a new countertop, sink, faucet,, and light fixture in one bathroom and painting the bathroom; removing painted wallpaper from one large wall and smoothing and painting the wall; replacing one set of bifold closet doors and trimming off and adjusting multiple other sets so they would operate smoothly; and replacing large window panels and the door in our front entryway. Dimas, who served as the foreman for the work on our house, also smelled gas in our utility closet and on his own initiative, figured out where the gas leak was and showed us, so we could call someone to come repair that. The team had an excellent range of skills and knowledge to tackle the variety of work we needed them to do. We will definitely call Leon Home Repairs again if we need more work done in the future."

"Our home required rotten wood to be replaced in a number of areas that were exposed to water runoff from poorly installed gutters. Heath did an initial assessment of the work required but advised it could change once he got behind the rotten boards to see the extent of the damage. Of course there were more replacements needed and the price went up but in the end he and his team did a great job getting the work completed. Would definitely hire H&H again in the future."
