At his store, they had the perfect selection for the style I had in mind. He installed tile flooring, vanity, mirrors, backsplash, & tiled tub surround. "This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with and I am a project manager at a state institution. This company will gaslight you until you get so frustrated with them that you give up on getting them to complete what you asked them to do. They did about 10K worth of work that I did not ask for, then charged another 5K to complete the original scope of work. Collin Chappell is a liar. He told me he installed concrete supports for my balcony and he didn’t do it and tried to get away with it. Now I have wood beams rotting in the ground surrounded by wet packed clay. I even have an email catching him in the lie and he still won’t fix it. They will lie straight to your face, take as many shortcuts as possible, make every excuse in the book and will steal your money. RUN."

When I requested Aaron to evaluate the problem, I was told there would be a $150 consultation fee for the review. His contention is that caulking that fails after 2.5 is within normal tolerances. I do not agree, but was willing to have him review and explain, without a fee. He would not provide the review. "
