Absolutely fantastic work from these guys!

Carlos was able to remove popcorn ceiling and paint the ceiling of our 1333 sq ft home efficiently! It was a very short window we had to do it-- he started the work on a Tuesday and everything was done and cleaned up by Saturday morning. He was able to prioritize our project due to our move-in schedule!! the work was fantastic. the ceilings are smooth and I cannot find any trace of the popcorn anywhere. He went in himself after the finishers were done to ensure everything was perfect. He also came in at an affordable price when he quoted us and stayed within budget. He was transparent about price and timeline and delivered on them both with high quality work. 10/10 would recommend if you need any popcorn removed!!

They've done a basement finishing project, deck work, and popcorn removal from ceilings for us and we'd call on them again in a heartbeat. Carlos is a very genuine young man and he is very knowledgeable at what he does. I had many questions as we were doing our free estimate about possible jobs and ideas - all of which he had very satisfactory answer and suggestions for. His communication is great, keeping you well informed on what is going on or things that need to be adjusted, just ask and you will get an answer. Very friendly, very efficient and very productive - at a bargain of a price. We had a massive overhaul of our kitchen floor and demolition of old cabinets and countertops and everything was delicately removed while staying on schedule, it was removed well enough he salvaged all of the granite countertops (which were being replaced anyways) so that we could sell them if we wanted. Very stand up gentlemen in an honest profession. Great team work from the start to end!

Carlos and his team were courteous, communicative, and very efficient. They stuck to their timeline and updated us at every step along the way. There were some small quality issues (e.g. a couple pieces of shower tile werenâ t quite straight; there was some paint from the wall on the vanity at the edges). On the whole though, weâ re very glad we booked them and would happily hire them again.

Mr. Gutierrez, Carlos, and his crew were friendly, polite, and professional. Carlos made sure to do an in person review prior to providing an estimate, and was able to quickly provide quotes for additional work we requested as we were so pleased with the interior painting and service we received. Our next project for CHI, will be for an upstairs bathroom. Hire this company and you wonâ t be disappointed.

They came in and offered insight into how best to complete our shower renovation on a budget. We went to the store together and picked out the materials. They then went to work and worked hard. Within a few days, we have a great new shower.

I hired them to replace windows, sliding glass door and put up all new sheetrock in a den in my house. They were always on time, finished the project early and did great work. I will definitely use them in the future!

Carlos And Carlos Junior Were able to make my crazy vision a reality! They combine the full and half baths to make a master, plus created a whole new half bath from 2 closets! In the new master, they removed a small shower stall, made the linen closet smaller, and created a bath oasis complete with a soaking tub, rain shower, and 3 walls of an insane herringbone pattern that I had come up with! They also installed a new sliding patio door where an old, rusted one way in our dining room. All for an amazingly low price! They really can do almost everything and I will call them for all of my home renovation needs!
