"Earthscape contacted me within minutes of my requesting a quote. Their operations manager was at my home at 11am the next day and was able to give me a proposal in writing for the project before he left. The work commenced three days later. The installers did a fantastic job of removing my pinestraw, installing metal edging and putting down mulch. They even added extra areas without charge that were not including in the proposal! From beginning to end, everyone with whom I interacted from Earthscape was lovely: kind, professional and happy to be doing the job...the kind of people I would love to have as neighbors. I cannot recommend The Earthscape Company highly enough and have already recommended them to two neighbors that have projects Earthscape could do. Would that everyone that provides in-person services were so fantastic!"

He was very knowledgeable and walked me through his thought process regarding how to best approach the issue, explaining multiple options and their respective benefits. I was impressed with the level of detail he gave me while going over everything. Once I decided on an option, I was able to easily schedule the work. "His communication was top notch and because his pricing was in line with others I chose him because of their willingness to respond quickly to questions. The concrete is not level with our existing slab and is a potential tripping hazard. We voiced our concerns and they made no effort to make it right only suggesting ways that we as the homeowner could fix ourselves which we are not professionals or capable of doing. We have also since found spots of puddling that are not level. Despite our unhappiness, we did pay though I would have preferred to withhold the second payment. The explanations provided for the unevenness we have since learned were not valid after consulting another concrete company. I am seriously disappointed in not only the professional but in myself for not paying more careful attention to detail as they were working the job before it was too late to correct."

Most of your professional landscapers require that you use their grass for any overseeding projects, but in my case I had already purchased a seed of preference and Isaac was willing to accommodate. I had also personally did the first dethatching of the lawn 1 week prior. Isaac was very responsive with giving me a quote, which was fair. In fact, I ended up calling him back days later to see if he could do the job about a week earlier than what we had originally scheduled and thankfully he was accommodating in meeting my wish during one of the busiest times of the fall season. He arrived on time, responsive via text and phone. He was professional and efficient in making sure of keeping unwanted grass seed out of the shrub and tree beds. Attention to detail was awesome.
