His communication was top notch and because his pricing was in line with others I chose him because of their willingness to respond quickly to questions. The concrete is not level with our existing slab and is a potential tripping hazard. We voiced our concerns and they made no effort to make it right only suggesting ways that we as the homeowner could fix ourselves which we are not professionals or capable of doing. We have also since found spots of puddling that are not level. Despite our unhappiness, we did pay though I would have preferred to withhold the second payment. The explanations provided for the unevenness we have since learned were not valid after consulting another concrete company. I am seriously disappointed in not only the professional but in myself for not paying more careful attention to detail as they were working the job before it was too late to correct.

Dontae and Brian are truly hard workers. They completed the project despite mother nature throwing one curveball after another. They are committed to making sure we were happy with the finished product.
