"His communication was top notch and because his pricing was in line with others I chose him because of their willingness to respond quickly to questions. The concrete is not level with our existing slab and is a potential tripping hazard. We voiced our concerns and they made no effort to make it right only suggesting ways that we as the homeowner could fix ourselves which we are not professionals or capable of doing. We have also since found spots of puddling that are not level. Despite our unhappiness, we did pay though I would have preferred to withhold the second payment. The explanations provided for the unevenness we have since learned were not valid after consulting another concrete company. I am seriously disappointed in not only the professional but in myself for not paying more careful attention to detail as they were working the job before it was too late to correct."

"I originally hired Isaac to aerate and reseed my lawn back in October. He came out on time and completed that job to my satisfaction. I was looking for a regular landscape company to mow and maintain my yard and inquired with Isaac. Isaac said he offered monthly mow and maintenance service and so I agreed to have him begin taking care of my landscape needs. Isaac said he would mow weekly in the summer and bi-weekly in the winter. We started the mow and maintain service after he aerated the lawn on October 18th. Unfortunately, I ended up seeing him only 2 times over the next 4 months (and not bi-weekly like he said) and he kept telling me not to worry that he would take care of me. Even if the lawn didn't need mowing I had leaves he could have blown and wouldn't come to remove the piling leaves. I had also hired Isaac to winterize my brand new irrigation system (in December) and then come back in the Spring to get it running again. Although he was happy to accept the money, he unfortunately never got the system running. Unfortunately Isaac has turned out to be very unreliable and disappointing with the overall service. I would not recommend him for any landscaping services now or in the future."
