Good guys

Luis was chosen from 11 contractors, since he involved the County Inspector and provided a written warranty. The final price was phenomenal for the job.....garage floor, driveway and walkways replaced, as well as extensive grading and landscaping. I am not hesitant to state everything looks so much better than work completed by the original contractor years ago....a ton of compliments from the neighbors. The before and after is amazing. He was timely, communicated well, and he and his crew(s) kept the work area tidy throughout the approximate 40 day process.....rain delays included. I would not hesitate to hire him again!

They were prompt in calling to make an appointment and kept us informed with any changes to the times with a text. Arrived at all the meetings and always gave an honest opinion when asked. Fantastic company to work with. We ended up having a number of delays due to weather. Luis sent text to keep us informed of any changes and even to see how much rain we got compared to where he lives. When they did pour the finished product was fantastic and makes the house look great. A great professional job and a great company to work with

They called to move our first appointment up, which I thought was great. Showed up on time looked at the job and gave me a quote in about 5 minutes. I thought the quote was very good so I ask when they could get it done and was told he would have someone there in the morning which was wonderful. Very friendly crew from start to finish for the entire process was 24 hours and the driveway looks great and the neighbors want to know who did the job. I would say they will have more work in our neighborhood. I plan to have them install a new fence for me next.

Luis's work and work ethic were great! Could not have asked for a better-looking concrete walkway! They were prompt, professional, considerate of our needs and thorough in their work. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Horrible experience. Tore up my driveway twice and it still looks awful. Hired him to replace a section of my driveway. In the first attempt, he broke a good part of the driveway with his truck. The rest was done so poorly so he ripped it all out and did it again. It looked worse the second time. Puddles, cracks, hills, miscolorations you name it. Also, he ruined the pavement in the street because he spilled concrete all over the place and didnt clean it up. He said it would wash off in the rain. That didnt happen so I spent three weekends with a pressure washer and it is still stained. Through all these problems he never apologized. But he did say on several occasions that he lost money on this job. So unprofessional. He lost money because he didnt know what he was doing. I requested a refund and filed a complaint with Home Advisor. To no surprise, he never responded. Avoid at all costs. As of 11/16/2017 I did receive my money back however it does not cover the cost to correct the issues created.

Hired Flores to build new concrete steps leading into my garage, fix leaning fence/swing gate and pour 2 concrete platforms 1 large and 1 small. 1 day job turned into 2 days. Arrived 2hours late. Finished job looks amateurish. 2/3 of work MUST BE REDONE ... crooked posts NOTHING IS SQUARE OR PLUMB. Flores offered 12% discount but hiring another contractor to fix his work is easy double that. BEWARE.

They cleaned every nook and cranny other than the 20 foot ceilings and had we had a tall ladder at the home I believe they would have used it to clean those tall corners. They worked the entire time they were at the house, left their phones alone and stayed focused on getting the massive job completed. This was a move in cleaning so the cleanest of clean was needed. They didn't disappoint. Great team of three!

I am finding that the #1 quality I am looking for is communication. Luis did a fantastic job of keeping me informed! Thank you! The quality of the work is excellent.

Flores Concrete did a great job installing drains in our driveway. They cut our existing concrete driveway, installed drains and replaced concrete around the drains. Great job and we highly recommend them for any concrete projects.

When they called me they were very professional and polite. After doing a assessment of my home they sat down with me to create a plan for what I needed. Their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for house keeping services.
