I was so impressed by the integrity and professionalism of this company. After a less reputable company told me I needed thousands of dollars for remediation, the Duct Doctor crew inspected the ducts, found them clean and mold-free and declined to accept compensation for work they knew to be unnecessary. I will most certainly call them in the future.

They came in and found my problem went the extra mile to fix it as well as explain how to prevent the problem in the future. Nice and courteous.

They were very thorough and took time to explain the process. I had a couple vents that were discolored. The tech took the time to point these out and show that they were cleaned even thought the still appeared discolored inside the duct.

Phil came in and introduced himself and his co-worker. He then asked what was going on, he listened to me and explained my options. Once I told him what I wanted done he went right to work. He explained and showed me what he was going to do. They were very professional and efficient. Phil's co-worker even went above and beyond by fixing my bathroom door so that it would close.

Phillip, the manager, came himself with one other worker. They were on time. I had ordered duct cleaning for my 2 air conditioning systems. Phillip looked and told me only one needed cleaning! That saved me over $200 and I appreciated his honesty. They did the job efficiently and left no dust or dirt in my home. The good news is that they said, if we change our filters regularly every 3 months, we don't need another duct cleaning for 10 years!! Amazing!
