No one showed up for the scheduled appointment. After waiting an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment, I called them to find out what was going on. The provider claimed that they left a message to re-schedule, but I never received a phone call or voice mail message from them. One would think that since they didn't hear back from me up until the scheduled appointment, they would have followed up to find out if I had received their message, but no one followed up.
