"Thank you for taking time to provide valuable feedback on the past tree care items performed. I apologize that we were not able to return the next day to finish the work items. Due to excessive summer heat conditions our crew had to stop working early in the day . This is a standard safety protocol that we adhere to and this should have been communicated to you by the crew leader. I will make sure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to care for your landscape trees and I look forward to working with you again in the near future. Brian Frierson Arborist Representative"

The Arborist that came out gave us suggestions and tips for all our trees and bushes. He noticed bagworms in our evergreen bushes and we removed them ourselves. He gave us the names of two trees that we were not sure of what we had. Our River Bruch is dying out in the top and appears it may have to be removed.
My husband did not like the way the Japanese purple plum was cut. He felt that one branch mid-way up the tree, was cut back to the trunk. It left a gap in the tree. It has not repaired itself and looks like it will not. It does not have a great look at this time. Two other trees were trimmed up and did very well. Overall the job was very good except for the one branch that left a gap purple plum.
"Thank you for taking time to provide us with feedback from the previous tree pruning work performed at your property. The employees at Bartlett Tree Experts strive to provide quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on each and every job. With that being said, it is difficult to determine at this time why a specific limb was removed from the plum tree a little over 2 years ago. It sounds as if the limb may have had a health defect or condition that required removal and upon removal left somewhat of a void in the tree and because of the lack of vigor in this particular area of the tree, new growth has not filled it in as quickly as anyone would have expected. Going forward, I am happy to meet to determine a plan to encourage more responsive growth or any other corrective action needed. We appreciate your business and want to provide your trees and shrubs with the best of care, while also helping to reduce safety risks and increasing the value of your property. Please feel free to contact us at any time regarding your tree and shrub health care needs. Thank you, Brian S. Frierson, ISA Certified Arborist Arborist Representative"
The treatment worked; my tree is free of fungus. Bartlett treated the tree and a nearby vine that harbored the fungus for $90 a treatment. The arborist was knowledgeable; I will use Bartlett again for any sort of tree or shrub problem. By the way, I was concerned about the use of a fungicide for ecological reasons; some fungicides kill bees. The arborist explained the minor impact of the fungicide they use and I did have lots of bees in my garden this year.
