"We had damage from hurricane Helen to our private dirt road. We was quoted 80 thousand for the grading, ditching, piping, and gravel of about 1/4 of a mile long road and 5 thousand for about a 40 foot driveway regravel and a 20 foot driveway grade and gravel. The work was done and the first time it rained the road was dirt again. We call Tim he came out and brought more gravel for the worst stop but that was it. After having the road inspected by another company we was informed that the gravel should have been about 6 inches and packed down. The gravel is about 2 inches and was never packed. We now just 2 months after have dirt showing on the road and the driveways are full of grass. "

Everyone wants to install but not do repairs when a valve breaks or head needs replaced or there is a leak - seems to be a real shortage in the Hickory region of people who will do irrigation repairs. That was my problem until we found Austin with 828 Landscape. He is professional, a good communicator and is totally about finding the problem and fixing it. I almost hesitate to post this review because then he’ll get too busy to work on my system when I need him."

Simply stated, this means that I am a full line service provider. I can install and service irrigation systems and permit, install and test backflow preventer assemblies. Customer service and customer satisfaction is paramount in my business and I always strive to meet, or exceed my customer's expectations. I have a unique process for installation, which is noninvasive and causes little damage to your existing lawn. They came on time and trimmed all the big Evergreen trees that were hanging on my fence, my roof, the side of my house, and blocking my Satellite Dish. The trees has caused damage on my roof and were causing my dish to freeze. They climbed up the trees and removed all the branches. They had a wood chipper and feed all the branches and debris. They trimmed all my brushes and also cut down a tree that was dead in my front yard. The entire crew was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone!
