We thought that they have part because our starter went out so they didn’t do that. That’s our problem because we didn’t ask them questions. I thought if they work with gas fireplace, they would do that. He was very, very nice. He was here for almost three hours. He left it real nice but the house cleaned. He was here on time. We were able to get him right away on both. I would use them again to clean out the fireplace."

It snowed the day he was scheduled to come and he kept the appointment (although we had to push back the appt time because of road conditions).
