"I'm sorry to hear we missed the mark on providing you with the service you expected from our company. I have spoken with the technician concerning your chimney inspection, and as far as we know or can recall it has been 9 months since he was there. I think we had you quoted for a wood stove insert, and we will review that proposal. We would like to keep you as a customer and will do the best we can to make any and all adjustments, to include the price of that install if we possibly can."

"I would have to disagree with you about that sir. Upon our visit to your home to service your chimney we discussed the fact that the wood stove was wedged into the fireplace and could not be removed without the possibility of damage to the hearth, and you agreed. Yes, It was evident that there was ash behind the stove, as it would not go back in as far as it originally was, but we cannot get a vaccum hose thru a gap that is only 1/8 of an inch wide. The chimney was unsafe for use for many reasons, and we recommended that the stove be removed and disposed of and you agreed, so we thought that was the conclusion of our business dealings until you called again asking for a refund which we glady accommodated you with. There are some things that are just beyond our limits to accomplish unless we can move on to the next phase of the project. Thank you for your response and please let us know how we can be of further service."
