They fixed all of the problems that the builder left on the drywall and continued to fix areas that they noticed as they were working (things we didn't even have to point out to them). It was an obvious problem with a simple solution. I explained to Marc what the situation was and he quoted an approximate cost. When the tech came, he came up with a slightly higher number, but not enough to be concerned about. He completed the job in a timely manner, was neat about enlarging the hole that I started in my wall and did not leave a mess on my garage floor. The tech also gave me a rough estimate for some more work I want to do in the future. Due diligence will be done, but all things being equal or close enough, I will hire MI Electric in the future.
