Customer service was excellent. He called to ask me what the problem was with my well pump. He called me within an hour after I looked an Angie's list. I told him everything that was going on, he said he would come out the first thing the next day. He was very friendly and polite at all times. Was very affordable... I would recommend this company to anyone. 👍

Scott arrived on time and proceeded to inspect our well equipment and stats. He told ok time to explain all he was doing. So learned somethings. He advised on what to do next, which is a good thing. I’d gladly hire him again.

I had another company come out and gave me a quote for 5200 and they changed out wires and pulled he pump for 400.00. They came out quickly and saved my pool pumps by doing the work that day. I highly recommend them.

Carolinas Well Drillers were very responsive with a pressure problem we were having at our well. This was not an easy problem to solve and in a somewhat remote area, so very thankful that they were able to so quickly diagnose and fix the problem. I would definitely and highly recommend them (and similar positive experience with HomeAdvisor, that I had never used before).

Scott went out shortly after we spoke with him about out issue at a home we were building. He was able to troubleshoot the situation and discovered our builder had wired the well incorrectly. He handled instructing the electrician of what was needed. He replaced the pressure switch and then came back the next day after the wiring was corrected to test the pump. He ran, operated and tested the pump and the water quality. We were very happy with his work and how he helped us. It meant a lot to us with him acting on our behalf while we were both out of town. We highly recommend him! He is awesome!
