Complete Home Inspection
Jeff explained what he would be looking for in our pre-drywall inspection. He followed this up with an email explaining it in detail. We really liked his inspection report which had a summary of needed repairs along with photos of the exact locations where the repairs were needed. That made it easy to meet with our construction supervisor to discuss the report.

I really appreciate Jeff and the inspection he conducted on my home! Everything that he found was important and allowed me to have piece of mind for the future! He realized I did not have insulation in the attic as well as the fact one of the rooms I should have had a vent(HVAC) but did not! I never even noticed it but Jeff did! I would recommend his service and not to mention the report was easy to read and also had pictures!

Jeff was great. He was priced great and was close to me. Did a thorough inspection with plenty of pictures. He was able to assist me with my Insurance 4 point inspection and did a complete home inspection. He even was able to go back through is pictures and send me enhanced and updated ones when the insurance company requested more.
