Needed a well inspection and report for a home purchase, Christian was fast and easy to work with. This was my first well inspection and he took all the time needed to answer my questions and make sure I understood what everything.

I was really pleased with the response. I called Christon and he called back quick. He came out the next day to see what I needed and came back the next morning and went to work. Replaced the bad parts, flushed the pressure tank, reworked some plumbing, made sure everything was working good and cleaned up. I left a message at approx. 8:30 am on a Wednesday morning. Received call back from Christian by 10:30 am. Christian came by to assess the problem with well in afternoon. He figured out that either the pipe in well or pump was bad. Christian and crew came the next morning, worked all morning on well and repaired. Not only was the response time great, so was Christian. He is not only a great mechanic. His politeness and professionalism were beyond what I could anticipate. I highly recommend using for any problems with well.

Christian was quick to respond, come by for an assessment and get the job done. He was polite and honest which I appreciate. The work he did on our well pump was done in about an hour. Another place priced the work at an outrageous price compared to Christian. I wonâ t hesitate to call him again.

Very responsive and friendly! Came out same day and actually identified an issue that had been fixed before and told us why it kept happening and how to fix it right and save money. Very reasonable on the price for the work and just the nicest people you'll talk to. I plan on using them when we build our new house!

Excellent Service!!! Quick response followed up by early morning next-day service. Replaced well switch and pressure gauge, advised on repair of water softener, solved problem of intermittent loss of water supply. Highly recommend for all well and pump problems (and very friendly, personable, and helpful explanations of everything).

Noticed a slow leak (Pinhole?) between submersible pump and check valve in house. Pressure gauge on underground piping/wellhead line would slowly drop down to zero instead of maintaining pressure between pump runs as it had for years. Problems started about a month ago. Pure Vision crew came out, determined the problem was not with the 250 foot pvc pipe from the wellhead down to the pump, most likely there is a leak in the underground pipe coming from the wellhead into the house's check valve. Pure Vision recommended I get in touch with a pipeline crew to determine where the leak is located and then replace the entire 100 foot long schedule 20 pvc pipe with solid tube--getting rid of any problematic solvent welded joints in the process. Once the wellhead to house pipe, which is almost 40 years old, is replaced, next step will be to pre-emptively have Pure Vision come back and replace the 17 year old submersible pump with a solid tube--no welded joints. Would recommend Pure Vision without hesitation.
