From what was told to me is that the two plumbers that were installing bathroom sinks never installed an o ring seal in one of the sinks. When water was turned on for the first time that sink leaked enough water in about 30 seconds that it flooded the foyer and a third of the great room soaking the brand new wooden floor that was just laid. I’m sure my builder had Moody Plumbing pay for the damages. Mr. Moody did call me apologizing and said the 2 plumbers were fired and assured me they weren’t a fly by night company. All was good until about 1 1/2 years later when I discovered that the Navian Tankless Water Heater after reading the manual was setup to run on natural gas and not propane which is what I have. I also discovered that they didn’t set it up for altitude which is 3350’. The builder told Moody Plumbing and we’re out the next day to make it right. The plumber that came out to fix the problem actually tried to put some of the blame on the gas co. Now why in the world would you install the water heater and not set it up to work on the proper gas type and a simple flipping a switch to set it for the right altitude.

Moody Plumbing came out and assessed the problem, explained what the other companies had done and why it only worked temporarily. They were able to repair the problem and it has been resolved. If I would have called them first, I would have saved a lot of money. They were very professional and knowledgeable.
