Quickly and professionally exactly as scheduled. Richard had to do a difficult dig out of dirt in the space under my house to make room for the new system, and even the substantial amount of rock did not deter him.

He was very punctual and clean. Made repairs as needed.

Jason did a nice job. He determined that the old (leaking) water line had been laid under the (asphalt) driveway, and that it was thus cheaper simply to install a new waterline. That proved difficult due to the compacted clay around the house, and because the slab was solid concrete, but he persevered and we now are enjoying water without an "enhanced" monthly bill. His price was quite reasonable, and he was very professional.

Richard Allbritton was so wonderful to work with! We had a hot water tank fail in part due the iron and acidity in our well water. He was out to our house within 2 hours of placing the call to Ben Franklin! He knew exactly what we needed to prevent future damage to all our appliances, made sure we understood everything about our situation and how to work our new water treatment system one it was installed. He went above and beyond. Our job covered multiple days, and both Richard and Chase offered us great, professional service!

Very good job on the showersm and the cut-off valves, good on the sinks. Very personable and helpful as well as giving very valuable resources. Respect for the house (floors, tiles, countertops etc.) and cleanup afterwards were all professional. Would definately rehire.

He did install the filter at a quoted price of $259 and did some inspections, quoting high prices if it was this or that. When he left, he took the box the filter came in along with the instructions and my hot water was not thawed. I will have to replace the filter at some point myself and need the instructions. After a day, my water had dirt in it. The filter should have stopped that. Also now I have to figure out how to put the panel back on my hot water heater. I agreed to a year long contract which would give me discounts but called the next morning to cancel it.

Repairs made professionally as was inspection, however, recommendations for problems found during inspection were designed to maximize the cost of repairs. For example, a leaking kitchen faucet spray attachments resulted in a recommendation to replace the entire faucet / spray assembly. It was repaired later by replacing an O-ring in the spray head.

Was supposed to arrive around 11:00am and didn't arrive until after 3:00pm. He did keep in contact and let us know each time the arrival estimate changed.

They weer very thorough in the explanation of what needed to be done and what they were going to do. Price was not terrible, but could have been better.

It went fine. The plumber was very professional.
