I think they could have done a little better with follow up in terms of checking how things were going, suggesting annual service and stuff like that. I haven’t really heard much from them since. I remember it wasn’t cheap, but it was reasonable, no worse than anyone else."

The electrician came out, looked at the job, went and got the parts, came back and installed them.  He installed 2 out door outlets and added plugs to my outdoor heat pump units so I can run them off my generator in emergencies.  He was on time, did a very professional job, even tested them for me.  He looked at an electrical problem that I needed a

future call to fix.  It turned out it was a simple fix so he fixed it while he was here.  No need for a follow up call.  Be using their service for all my follow up electrical needs.
