He gave me the estimate on the best pump suitable for my needs plus all the equipment and labor to complete the job. The day of installation everyone arrived early. Each person had their specific part and each went right to work. The whole system was completed the same day. Everything was cleaned up and the old unit hauled away. Nick came to do the inspection after a week to see if all was running well. All were so friendly and professional. They did a great job. "Mike's quoted 3 systems; the multi-zone Mitsubishi hyper-heat system was about twice the cost of the Trane single-zone std. heatpump. The quote from a 2nd HVAC installer for a standard Carrier single-zone heatpump system was only $1000 less than Mike's Mitsubishi system. I wasn't originally considering the Mitsubishi because of the cost but the Carrier-system quote changed my mind. It took two days to complete. The installers were efficient, professional and amiable. They did a good job and took the time they needed to install the equipment correctly and make it look good. The condensor unit was delivered to Mike's with a dent; they gave me the option of a price break or getting another unit shipped next-day. The Mitsubishi system they installed operates much differently from the 13 year old standard-heatpump-system it replaces; before they left, the technician took the time to explain what to expect regarding the system's operation and encouraged me to contact Mike's if I had any questions or concerns."

"Zach is one of those men you have a good feeling about the moment you speak to him.  He came to give me an estimate a few days after I spoke with him and it was very reasonable.  He and his crew of two others were so incredibly nice when they arrived.  I had initially just needed the gas line for the kitchen range.  The day before they were to arrive, I had a dishwasher delivered by Home Depot that was not able to be installed.  I called Zach and left him a message asking if he could install the dishwasher as well.  So with hardly any notice, they stayed an extra hour and did that as well.  I was very happy with the work they completed and with how pleasant they all were.  I will definitely be using All Ways for all my future plumbing needs!  Honest and hard working!  Thanks guys!!

The electrician came out, looked at the job, went and got the parts, came back and installed them.  He installed 2 out door outlets and added plugs to my outdoor heat pump units so I can run them off my generator in emergencies.  He was on time, did a very professional job, even tested them for me.  He looked at an electrical problem that I needed a

future call to fix.  It turned out it was a simple fix so he fixed it while he was here.  No need for a follow up call.  Be using their service for all my follow up electrical needs.
