I first started working Sheer Comfort in 2023 when they installed a new AC & Gas furnace for my home. I obtained 5 quotes from highly rated companies before deciding which company to engage. "Purchase and installation of heat pump went very well. David came the very next morning after my call for help. He gave me the estimate on the best pump suitable for my needs plus all the equipment and labor to complete the job. The day of installation everyone arrived early. Each person had their specific part and each went right to work. The whole system was completed the same day. Everything was cleaned up and the old unit hauled away. Nick came to do the inspection after a week to see if all was running well. All were so friendly and professional. They did a great job. "After a thorough review of our system by another company, I received an estimate from them to replace two bad capacitors and a contactor in our heat pump. The total was over $700, so I declined the repair service. I looked up the pricing on the parts and bought two of them for less than $50. I then called Mike's Heating and Cooling and spoke with Josh who gave me a price of $50 for the third part I needed and $85 to install all three. Less than 48 hours later, the technician DJ had them installed and our system is now working great.  I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater. 

I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.
