Frank came back with Tyler to do a load estimation to ensure we had the right size unit for our home. Ryan and Rob were our installation crew (along w Clint) and were also very courteous, informative, professional and polite. I also love how every member of the team was so thorough in cleaning up after themselves as well as courteous in taking shoes off when in the house. "Office staff was very prompt in scheduling the estimate appointment and keeping us posted as to schedule. Estimator, David, arrived promptly, and his inspection was thorough. He was very interested in giving us the most cost effective yet appropriate system and was very clear in his explanations of the features he deemed necessary. The written estimate was sent promptly, and the installation appointment was set up immediately. Communication throughout was excellent. The efficient and courteous office staff kept us posted every step of the way. There were no changes or delays. Installers arrived promptly and work was completed within the time frame estimated. Before leaving, they made sure we understood how to work the thermostat and were available to answer any questsions throughout the installation process. David also arrived at the beginning and reviewed the procedure and follow up expectations. Greg and John were very neat and clean, not only in the house but outside in the area they needed as work space. The following day, work was rechecked by Charles and appointments for final CO check by city inspector and Progress Energy were set up. "After a thorough review of our system by another company, I received an estimate from them to replace two bad capacitors and a contactor in our heat pump. The total was over $700, so I declined the repair service. I looked up the pricing on the parts and bought two of them for less than $50. I then called Mike's Heating and Cooling and spoke with Josh who gave me a price of $50 for the third part I needed and $85 to install all three. Less than 48 hours later, the technician DJ had them installed and our system is now working great. In the end I spent less than $200 for everything, which was significantly less expensive than going with the original Aire Serve bid. I am very happy with Mike's Heating and Cooling and plan to use them in the future."

 I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater. 

I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.
