Frank came back with Tyler to do a load estimation to ensure we had the right size unit for our home. Ryan and Rob were our installation crew (along w Clint) and were also very courteous, informative, professional and polite. I also love how every member of the team was so thorough in cleaning up after themselves as well as courteous in taking shoes off when in the house. Brenda from the office was prompt in keeping me informed and very polite every time I called with questions. "Office staff was very prompt in scheduling the estimate appointment and keeping us posted as to schedule. Estimator, David, arrived promptly, and his inspection was thorough. He was very interested in giving us the most cost effective yet appropriate system and was very clear in his explanations of the features he deemed necessary. The written estimate was sent promptly, and the installation appointment was set up immediately. Communication throughout was excellent. The efficient and courteous office staff kept us posted every step of the way. There were no changes or delays. Installers arrived promptly and work was completed within the time frame estimated. Before leaving, they made sure we understood how to work the thermostat and were available to answer any questsions throughout the installation process. David also arrived at the beginning and reviewed the procedure and follow up expectations. Greg and John were very neat and clean, not only in the house but outside in the area they needed as work space. The following day, work was rechecked by Charles and appointments for final CO check by city inspector and Progress Energy were set up. "Mike's quoted 3 systems; the multi-zone Mitsubishi hyper-heat system was about twice the cost of the Trane single-zone std. heatpump. The quote from a 2nd HVAC installer for a standard Carrier single-zone heatpump system was only $1000 less than Mike's Mitsubishi system. I wasn't originally considering the Mitsubishi because of the cost but the Carrier-system quote changed my mind. It took two days to complete. The installers were efficient, professional and amiable. They did a good job and took the time they needed to install the equipment correctly and make it look good. The condensor unit was delivered to Mike's with a dent; they gave me the option of a price break or getting another unit shipped next-day. The Mitsubishi system they installed operates much differently from the 13 year old standard-heatpump-system it replaces; before they left, the technician took the time to explain what to expect regarding the system's operation and encouraged me to contact Mike's if I had any questions or concerns."

 I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater. 

I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.
