I purchased a Fleck 5600SXT Water Softening unit and had it installed by Johnny's Plumbing Repair Service. They showed up and installed this for me on the main water line in the garage and came up with a custom drainage solution for me. Communication was excellent and the quality of work was too.

Each repair was done timely, correctly and affordably. The plumbers (R.D. and Jason) were professional, personable and efficient. They kept me informed at every step in the process. The office administrator (Nicki) was also helpful, efficient and friendly.

They sent 2 men the day we called and they got right to work. They needed a backhoe which arrived in about an hour. The backhoe operator was experienced. The water leak was repaired before we could notice it on our water bill.

Fine. Came when expected and did the work fast and efficiently.

Came when expected and performed work well. My tenant was very impressed with the person who came out to do the work. As the landlord, I was able to pay over the phone with a credit card, which was very convenient. I will call them again the next time I need plumbing at that house.

Johnny's plumbing guys came out the afternoon that I called. They were great! They spent about 2 hrs and fixed the problem. The next day I had a stopped-up tub in a rental house and called them. Same result! Johnny's is the plumber I will call from now on!

Excellent! For me Johnny's plumbing is the only guy I will call for any of my plumbing needs.

They did a great job. We had a bad situation, I called and they got here quickly. They helped us find someone to get here quickly for the remediation work and found a handyman to floor work. They were good to work with and reasonably priced.

The job went very well.  It wasn't necessary for me to be at home when the job was done. But they called me and let me know what they had done and gave me recommendations of what to do in the future.  

The workers arrived when they said they would and began by surveying the crawl space they would be working in. The crawl space is extremely low and luckily the room being worked in was next to the crawl space entrance which allowed for the workers to work half-in/half-out of the crawl space.

They installed the new hot and cold water pipes as well as the waste exhaust pipe through the floor and fastened them to the wall for connecting to the washing machine. Due to an unusual size on the existing pipe being tapped they had to come out on a different day to finish the job. However, I was not required to be at home to finish the job as they only needed access to the crawl space and not the inside of the house.

I would highly recommend Johnny's plumbing as they were easy to work with, the price was less than expected, and the quality of the work was great.

I was very pleased with their service. I called them late on Monday afternoon and they came late Tuesday morning. They called when they were on the way so I did not have to sit at home for hours waiting. The two repair men (one was Jay and I don't know the other one's name) were very friendly and positive as they worked. They worked very quickly and took care of everything. I will definitely call them again in the future.

I've used Johnny's Plumbing several times in the past, and they never fail to impress me. I called this morning with a and quot;non-emergencyand quot; request to replace the aging garbage disposal under my sink, and told the dispatcher that I'd be happy if they could fit me into their schedule sometime this week and she said they should have no problem with that timeline. Three hours later, I got a call from the technician that he was on his way and thirty minutes after that my garbage disposal was replaced. Everything works like a charm, and the techs were very professional, efficient and friendly - no mess left behind. I would give Johnny's Plumbing my highest recommendation, and I'd certainly never call a different plumber as long as I'm in Alamance County!

The work was excellent, left no mess . The job took about an hour. Price was a little higher than other quotes. They billed me later which was nice. Would definitely use them again.

I turned on my outside faucet for the first time this spring and water started to leak badly from behind the faucet and behind the foundation vent. I shut it off, and thankfully the leaking stopped. I checked Angie's List and called Johnny's Plumbing. The service coordinator asked if I would like someone to come out that same day, Wednesday, and I told her the next day would be more convenient. She told me someone would be out in the morning. They were... at about 9 AM. They took one look at the faucet, diagnosed the problem and went to work fixing it. I have a pretty confined crawlspace but they went under the house and to the faucet in question in no time. They replaced it with a new one, checked it out, then showed me the old one, which had a split in the copper tubing, which is exactly what they had diagnosed. They explained why it had happened and what I needed to do to prevent it from happening again. I don't think the whole operation took much more than a half hour. I paid with a credit card and they left. They were punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and competent. I have now found my go-to plumber for any future problems.

Johnny's Plumbing had previously installed an instant hot water device for us and that turned out just fine.
Later, two different plumbers were sent out to repair a kitchen sink leak and to replace a garbage disposal with a replacement model that I had purchased. (The above-mentioned charge for the service is a and quot;guess-timateand quot; because I don't recall the cost.)
I'm not sure what the problem was, but the disposal sent ground-up garbage through the pipes and up in to the adjacent sink.
The kitchen sink leak, however, was fixed.
While performing that job, the workers tracked mud on their boots from a previous client's job in to the house. When I brought the mess to their attention, they made a half-hearted attempt to clean up the dirt and mud and left. Johnny's Plumbing sent another plumber out to finish the disposal installation, but still some garbage backed up into the adjacent sink.
The office manager addressed the muddy boot problem with the workers, so I assume that it never happened again.

This is the second time we have used them. The first time we had them unstop a drain pipe that had a baby wipe wedged deep down in it. They come out immediately and their fees are reasonable. All staff are friendly and professional.

They are reliable, they come right away. They are professional and very nice. They clearly know what they are doing.

Called their office. Within 2 minutes had call from plumber, verifying exact address while already driving on way to house. By the time I got into my front yard, he was pulling in front of house. Within a total of 15 minutes the drain was clear, they had cleaned up and was pulling away from the house, finished! Could not have gone better!
I feel the charge was high for the time involved, but I had been told on the initial call to the offfice that there would be a flat fee for the service call ( for a new customer) plus a $ 10.00 fuel charge. Eventhough, the total service was excellent and worth it!

From beginning to end trhe job was done effeciently and professionally.

I have used Johnny's Plumbing Service several times for problems less complicated than this last one but the response has always been consistent from the time I make the call till the job is complete. Where Johnny's stands out first is that their workers are thoroughly trained for the services they encounter, always arriving in teams of two. Second, they do not get caught up in overreaching something that stumps them. They will not hesitate in stopping to call in reinforcements if the job goes beyond their capabilities. Third, they listen to you to gain as much information about the problem without just jumping in blind. Fourth, they are as courteous a company as you would ever want to work with, and Fifth, when they leave you will never know they were there, and by that I mean they protect all pathways leading to the job with coverings, as well as the work area itself. You will never find even a small mess left behind by them. For these reasons I highly recommend this company to help you with any plumbing needs.

He is prompt, professional, the guys really know what they are doing, and the quality is superb.
