By the end of the day, I had been emailed a detailed estimate on the cost and any extra expenses that could occur if damage was discovered once the old roof was removed. Both the crew for the roof and the crew for the gutters were punctual, arriving promptly at 7:00 a.m. The roofing crew completed the job by the evening, having laid down tarps to protect plants and cleaned up the old shingles and paper that had been removed. The crew members were polite and friendly, but did not sit around for any small talk; they got straight to work and didn't even take a break until around 2:00 in the afternoon! They assessed the damage and got straight to work putting down the protective underlayment...followed by new shingles. The guys also took time to explain what materials they were using and why. They also replaced a few shingles at the rear of the house, which had been quick sealed from a satellite dish removal. I am very happy with the results of the work and the cost.
