Steven Way, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy on any services I may need done. So much so that he even has a key to let himself and crews into the house to take care of my desires while I’m away. If there are any subcontractors required, Steven is always there overseeing the project. At all times I’m kept informed as to the progress of the job. This is done verbally and with pictures. Upon completion I get a detailed invoice with reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Redfish Builder for any of your renovation needs!"

Angela and the Make it Happen team was the first to respond to my Anji request, the first to come and assess my framing and insulation needs, and the only one I had to hire to complete my entire project. Angela has a large team with multiple levels of expertise. I started with framing and insulation because, to be honest, I had just been ghosted by another contractor mid-project and was trying to wrap my head around a way forward. The Make it Happen team did such an amazing, professional job -- and literally started the day after we hired them -- that I asked if they had time to help me with the rest. They said yes and literally made it happen. From that day on they worked at my house daily until it was done. They did drywall, doors, windows, paint, trim, floors, stairs, and appliance install. "Geo and his team recently performed exterior repair work on my home to fix rotting wood along corners and gables. The work was extensive and very detailed. The work was thorough and of the highest quality. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the repairs Geo and his crew performed. The work wasn’t easy, the front of the house sits on a tall sloping hill where ladders need to go. His team handled this wonderfully and kept the landscaping intact. From the initial estimate until the final walk-through Geo was courteous and professional and gave meaningful suggestions about which materials to use and where the issues were. It felt more like a close collaboration than just some “contractors”. It was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be using Geo again for future projects."

The wide screen system gives us unobstructed views of our property and the new deck is perfect. What we noticed immediately about Sergio and his crew was their attention to detail. Triple measuring to ensure accuracy, always consulting with us along the way and willing to make changes when we wanted to alter the plans. Sergio is so patient, as we changed our plans several times before we decided on the screen room. We can't say enough about the professionalism and talent of Sergio and his crew.
