"The Remodeling company was wonderful to work with! The office staff kept me informed when projects were going to start & their duration, when dumpsters would be dropped off or picked up, as well as letting me know when they wouldnâ t be there due to weather issues- rain and high winds. All the crews were polite and answered any questions I had. I had the Remodeling Company do my roof, tear down the old deck, build a new deck to code, and install vinyl siding and new gutters. I had had an open insurance claim for part of the roof & after the Remodeling company inspected my roof, they sent pictures of hail/wind damage to my insurance company. While insurance wasnâ t going to pay for the new claim because it was less than my deductible, the Remodeling companyâ s persistence and taking & sending insurance people more pictures of the roof has resulted in my getting money towards the roof for both claims! My house has had most of the work completed and it looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my selection of the company to do the updates to my house. By the way, my hiring the Remodeling Company came about as the result of a knock on my front door when they were doing work in the area. I did check them out and saw they were very highly rated & the next day we got into specifics about the project and talked money and timeframe. "First of all the Representative was right on time and when I invited him into my home he voluntarily showed me his Driver's Licence and he took off his shoes!  After speaking with him for a little bit (we had friends in common) we got right to work determining what was best for the appearance of my home and my budget as well.  We decided on the particulars, penciled in production and delivery rates and then set a installaton date.  Over the 2 weeks it took for my door to be made and delivered i received at least 4 phone calls from different employees at WIZE all keeping me in the loop and provoding me with reassurance that everything was going according to schedule.  Then on Thursday morning the 17th the WIZE crew showed up promptly at 10:00 and got to work.
During the whole project members of the crew would let me know what to expect as far as what was going to happen next (using loud power tools) to having an actual hole in the front of the house.  Although my door required some additional framework the crew completed the installation on time and absolutly perfect!  The door arrived exactly as ordered, the crew showed up on time and installed my door professionally and promptly and when the job was complete they cleaned up the inside and outside of the home and took every last bit of materials with them including checking the lawn for items as we have two dogs.  Regardless of any improvements made to my home or friends homes, I would be very confident to recommend WIZE HOME DIRECT to all of my friends and family.  In fact, it's nice to finally know when someone asks me if i know of anybody that i can recommend I can say "YES!"
