Kale EngineeringExcellent team came out when promised, surveyed the lot of the house we were purchasing and answered all of our questions regarding the property lines. The nice part is that although we were originally scheduled for a Monday survey, as promised when that appointment was set up, if a earlier time slot came available he promised to call. He did and the survey was completed the Friday before.- John M.

Kale EngineeringThis job was originally scheduled to be completed on August 11, 2014, but was delayed until August 15, 2014 due to staffing illness. The owner, Randall Kale was very prompt in advising me of the problem and did his best to reschedule the appointment to work best with my job/ family obligations. Randall completed the project himself in a timely manner—market and pointed out the property lines—as well as provide detailed information on the surveying process. He called toward the end of the job so I did not have to spend 4 hours at the house watching him and his colleague work. In addition, Randall offered a $10 coupon off the total cost over $300.00. Very happy with the work performed. As a former New Yorker, I am a bit of a skeptic but was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism. KUDOS!- CARLEEN s.

Rowles Land Surveying, PLLCI can't begin to tell you how pleased I was with the professionalism that this young man puts into his work. He called me back promptly, was able to fit me into a reasonable time frame, called me when he had a cancellation, showed up on time, and did a fantastic job. Boundaries were clearly marked and will be easy for the fencers to follow. Property was 1 1/2 acres through a pasture and through woods. I would recommend him to others in a heartbeat. I had called 2 other surveyors (including the one who did the subdvision originally and no one even called me back in a 3 week period of time.) There still are people who take pride in their work with Rowles Land Surveying!!- Dana B M.

Absolutely awful. After showing up with samples, both of the contacts I had for this company simply ignored me...no returned calls for over a week and some line on nonsense about weather affecting their phones when they finally did return my fifth telephone message. This was the second contractor I had to fire in a week...starting to wonder what it actually takes to get on Angie's list; apparently not much.

I spoke to Leo Boswell at about 1:00pm today and he was able to come out the same day to do the survey. Mr. Boswell and his associate were very friendly and very professional. The whole job took about 2 hours. Mr. Boswell and I walked the yard so he could show me the property line boundaries. I highly recommend Boswell Surveyors. Thanks Leo!
