"The contractor, Steven was so great to work with. He constantly communicated with me and made the process as painless as possible. The price I was given was fair for the amount of work required. He had to take the back to back bathrooms down to the studs, remove rotten and molded word subfloors, replace at least 6 floor joists, redo the plumbing, and move a floor vent to place on the wall. They found an electrical issue that was resolved and then rebuilt the bathrooms. During the entire project he had a great attitude and always remained a consummate professional. Ironically, I am looking forward to our next project. I highly recommend his company for any remodel and/or building project to your home."

"It went fantastically well. Greg Morgan came out and look at the job and was able to provide me with a comprehensive quote. He was helpful in designing the bathroom as as I was not sure exactly what I wanted and what I could afford. I had to get on their waitlist but they began when they promised. I was VERY pleased with the finished bathroom. I found all of the workmen to be very pleasant and respectful. They took care to protect the wood floors. "All required work was done in a few days. Noticed subfloor making noise about four months after the job was complete. The caulking around toilet base has visible space between the floor and the caulking. Toilet currently moves when you sit on it, now urine and moisture comes out at the base of the toilet. The bathtub support has given away some and the tub has detached from the caulking on wall."
