We reached out to him the first time and told him something was not right and he bs about coming back ! Last time he came he left our house a mess !!!!!!!! Dirt ? everywhere! The town of Warsaw asked did he go under the house and neither time did! He used an electric snake for a temporary fix !!!!!! "Sean at Rapt Homes came to my rescue after I purchased cabinets from Lowe’s and could not find anyone that would set them to the concrete floor and install them. Had I found him earlier I could have saved money by having him build my kitchen island. He did help me return some very expensive corbels to Lowe’s and even after paying them a restocking fee Sean saved me a lot of money by furnishing quality corbels at a much lower price and even found me a better price than Lowe’s on a granite countertop. Sean also re-designed the sloppy Lowe’s island layout to make my kitchen much more user friendly and efficient and dressed the island up with trim and a pullout trash and recycle bin not provided by Lowe’s and all at a better price. I also had him build cabinets for my laundry room and am very happy with the results, giving me much better storage options for laundry detergent and other laundry goods. Sean was professional, easy to work with and his cabinet skills are exceptional. I just wish I had found him sooner."

"Donâ t believe everything they tell you about their system. We hired this company because during heavy rains (4inches or more), our basement tended to flood. We discussed this with the sales rep who came out, Albert Morrow, and told him we didnâ t have problems unless it was heavy rain. He recommended his company and told us the system was designed for this. After we had the system installed, we had no problems but also no heavy rains for 2-3 months. However, in December we had 5 inches of rain during one storm, and OUR BASEMENT FLOODED once again. A technician came out and basically told us the system worked the way it was supposed to but during flooding conditions the system was overwhelmed . So basically we paid $7500 for them to come out and install a system that does not work when it should. We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."
