plumbing, water heater repair
 + 0 moreBoth times, Randy was forthcoming with suggestions on ways to approach the problems and we decided which water heater would work best, then he installed it. Because the burst pipe in my other situation was outside with no shutoff under the house (the things one learns at the worst time!) we decided to cap that off so I could have running water in the house again, and we are installing the hydrant this spring.
Description of Work: I have used A&R plumbing for two plumbing issues. I replaced my water heater with a gas tankless heater and it has worked great. The installation went well, Randy cleared out all the leftover water heater parts and trash and answered all my questions. The second time has been more recent, when an outside pipe burst during our 4degrees cold snap. He shut that off and we are replacing it with an outside hydrant.
