Dishonest pricing; do not give these people your business. My mom waited weeks to be able to have someone come look at her washer, and they only gave her a date and never called to tell what time they were coming. The repairmen couldn't find anything wrong with her machine, just determined it was working ok after 15 minutes. Then they charged her $100+ for doing nothing. I can understand charging something for a service call, but that just seemed super excessive, like they were taking advantage of a single, nice old lady.

Good grief. It's been months and the correct dishwasher part still has not been replaced. The first repairman came out, ordered 2 parts, shipped them to our house. Returned, replaced one part (the wrong one - one that was in perfect working condition) and didn't replace the hinges. He did, however, take them with him. The second repairman came out without the hinges, argued they were replaced, tried to blame it on the way the dishwasher was installed, then when asked to install it "properly" (seriously?) agreed that the hinges are defective and need to be replaced. Said we would hear from them for a follow-up. We never did. This will be the fourth attempt at a repair for a unit under warranty. I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. LOWES DID.

Triangle Appliance Repair replaced the broken glass. They were great to work with.

Provider came out promptly and said 2 pieces needed to be replaced. When asked how much it would cost he estimated around $200. I told him to go ahead. When they came to repair the machine they sent the technician with a $322 bill.

I had an extended warranty on my four-year-old Maytag washing machine from Lowe's.  It stopped working, and Lowe's made an appointment for Triangle to come out and fix it.  The first visit was Wed, Dec 9th, and the repair person said he had to order a part, and it would be in the first of the week.   The first of the week came and went, and I heard nothing.  These people do not answer their phone or keep one informed.  I called Lowe's, and even they could not reach Triangle.  It was past the number of days Lowe's allows for appliances to be fixed.  Triangle finally came the end of the week, and guess what!  They had to order a different part.  Hhmmmm, why didn't they order the necessary parts the first time!   Again, it was going to be another five days, and they did not show up when they said they would, and they did not call to give me an update.  Again, Lowe's could not reach them.   Finally, a very rude guy answered the phone on the 28th after I had left an irate message, and he told me that they could not get the parts and recommended that Lowe's replace the machine. (I might be off a day on my time frame)  
This experience with Triangle was a nightmare.  It is a mystery how a company that does not communicate with its customers can stay in business.

They are very professional. They were the only people who were certified Fisher Paykel. He was very prompt. Their professionalism and quality of their work stood out the most. They are very busy so it did take a few days to get out to us.

I had procured an agreement with Frigidaire to pay for parts and labor to fix our 18-month-old microwave by a certified Frigidaire technician, which Triangle provided. Chris arrived at the appointed time, removed the appliance from its place over the stove, took the time to explain what he discovered about the source of the malfunction, took photos of the burned out part as proof, replaced tha part, and re-installed the microwave. He worked quickly and efficiently and demonstated professional demeanor throughout the process. The microwave has been working efficiently for the past six weeks.

Todd, one of the owners, arrived right on time, and quickly and quot;sussed outand quot; the problem. On my Kenmore model 417.42042100, front-loading unit, the cold-water supply to the automated dispenser of detergent, bleach, and fabric softener had failed. My well water is very hard, with calcium and iron carbonates. Hard water that was becoming concentrated in the non-functioning dispenser had left permanent iron stains on clothes, ruining them. Todd quickly diagnosed a clogged cold-water line. Sediment from my well had obstructed the line. Todd showed me how to dismantle the dispenser to descale it, and where to install and clean filtration screens on the cold-water supply line. The $95.00 fee is their minimum for a service call in my rural area (zip code 27503).

I had an issue with my washing machine, or at least I thought. I called them, the owner came out and the problem didn't happen again. He had me pay the trip charge and said if we have more issues in the next 30 days he would come out and apply the fee for that trip. Low and behold, we had a problem with our fridge the following week. he came out and repaired it! They were professional, on time and so reasonable.
