Repair person was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. Fixed the screen quickly. I had to pay the minimum cost for a house visit ($100.00) even though the actual repair might have cost less. He left me with an estimate for the entire porch which I will likely do later this summer.
The installer did his job well. The sales associate on the phone oversold the "pet screens" and their durability, but that is to be expected. It is a screen so they can only be so durable and still affordable.

With our company, we usually send two employees to the the job site to perform the work to be done. Billing is usually paid at time of completion, depending upon the size of the job. Large jobs that take several days to complete are charged half up front and the other half at time of completion. We offer special promotions occasionally for pressure washing.
